What you’ll do

• Support Enterprise customers via chat, email, and phone.

• Identify opportunities for improvement within the customer base and internally then create and deliver presentations to share.

• Support Enterprise team with gathering data and information from other teams.

• Refine data in preparation for sales pitches.

  
  

Your skills and qualifications

• Capable of using initiative to make changes and come up with creative solutions to problems beyond provided playbooks.

• Organized and capable of highly effective time management in an environment. Ability to effectively prioritize time and talents, and to give effective presentations.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced professional enterprise sales environment.

• Excellent relationship-building skills.

• Basic technical knowledge of development and IT solutions. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions.
