Lindsay Richardson MS, LAT, ATC

F4F™ and HPO Clinical Specialist

Lindsay is a Clinical Specialist with DURO Health.

Lindsay graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training in 2012, and continued on to complete her Master’s degree from the California University of Pennsylvania in Exercise Science by the summer of 2013. While earning her Master’s degree she worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Clarion University. Upon completion of her graduate degree, she was offered her first post-professional Assistant Athletic Trainer position at Utah State University in Logan, Utah caring for collegiate athletes.

After two years with the Aggies, Lindsay decided to switch gears, leave the NCAA, and pursue her Athletic Training career with DURO and the USAF Special Warfare Division. Her first four years with DURO were spent in Portland, Oregon responsible for the medical care and coordination of Combat Controllers and Pararescuemen of the 125th Special Tactics Squadron. While in Portland she was able earn certifications in the Graston Technique (an instrument assisted soft tissue therapy) and the Mulligan Concept (a manual therapy technique), as well as complete three of the four McKenzie Method Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) courses. After four years in Portland, Lindsay happily returned to her hometown of Boise, Idaho where she has been working as the Fit4Flight medical provider for the 190th A-10 Fighter Squadron for the past three years.

In her free time Lindsay enjoys the gym, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, mountain biking, traveling, and all the year-round outdoor activities Idaho has to offer. Cheers!
